Trophée Légendes

This race, which is organised only at the Grand Prix de l’Age d’Or, is aimed at owners of racing cars of the 1930s: Delahaye Type 135s, Bugatti Type 35s, Maserati 8CMs, Alfa Romeo 8Cs, BMW 328s, etc.

This grid brings together single-seaters and sports car that wrote the legends of the 1930s. From the beginning Delages, Bugattis and ERAs left their mark. The French cars combined speed and agility while their English challengers were noted for their speed and raw aggression. This period also saw the rise of Italian makes like Maserati and Alfa Romeo and the redoubtable BMW 328s. Who will follow in the footsteps of Christian Traber, winner of last “Trophée Légendes” at the Grand Prix de l’Age d’Or? The driver of the Lago-Talbot covered the 14 laps of the Dijon-Prenois circuit at a stunning average speed of 120 km/h!
